Each mobile number can only be used to create one Betvisha account. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions- will be violated and all accounts may be suspended.

Login Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Verify your identity with the OTP and set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Large withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC). Simply upload a photo of your national ID or passport to complete the process. This is done to protect the security of your account.

Typically Withdraw Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. For mobile banking, most withdrawals go through within the hour.

The minimum withdrawal is BDT 500 and the daily maximum is BDT 100,000. KYC verification must be completed for large withdrawals. Limits may also vary depending on the payment method.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact our support team. If it's cancelled, the funds will be automatically returned to your Betvisha balance. Incomplete KYC can also cause withdrawals to be held.
